last night i went to a concert at the
pipeline cafe. we saw
the john butler trio
oh
my
goodness
they were amazing!
the guitarist, john butler, played
maybe 6 different guitars. the
drummer had a 20ish (or more)
minute drum solo, and the
base player played the sweetest
upright electric base!!
they are from australia.
musically they were incredible.
lyrics are another story.
at a concert you are sort of smashed
into others around you so we made
some friends:
*college hair
*business hair
*dancing pregnant lady
*girl bouncing w/ the drink that
just might spill on me.
people watching is so fun at
concerts.
